Satio greyed out

BPE keeps on pretending my Satio is not connected, and in the menu the phone is greyed out. Reinstalling did not help. But phone is connected, at least partly: I can send SMS through phone, the icon shows battery and network level, but BPE does not display incoming messages. I use the newest BPE built, same for Satio software. Any ideas? Thanks, Chribi

If you email me your Debugging zip (select "Generate Debugging File..." from the BluePhoneElite 2 "Help" menu) I'd be happy to see if I can tell what's going wrong.
